The svetlana 4CX800A us a high-perfomance ceramic metal tetrode with a plate adssipation
rating of 800 watts with forced air cooling. The perfomance characteristics of the 4CX800A
allow its wo use as a hifg gain grid-driven RF amplifter or in grounded grid service.

A recommended mode of operation is in grid-given service with a passice (resistive) 50 ohm
untuned input circuit. this eliminates the need multiple input tuned curcuits and
neutralization. In this mode, an exceptionally sipmple, stable, low-cpst amplifter with
good intermodulation perfomance can be designed
